Squire helped support the transition during the merger process and recently concluded his service on the board.Most recently, Squire joined the Strategic Advisory Board for Penn Health-Tech, an interdisciplinary initiative at the University of Pennsylvania that accelerates innovative health technologies from concept to clinical impact. He is also a proud graduate of Rutgers University, where he received his B.S. with honors and double-majored in biomedical engineering and cell biology and neuroscience.<h3>Family</h3>Squire is the husband of Zoelene Hill, Ph.D., a Trenton native and community health researcher and advocate focused on improving outcomes for children and families. What Does “Great” Really Mean? Defining a Healthcare System That Works

Strong, connected communities are the foundation of health, safety, and opportunity. I believe in policies that strengthen social cohesion, support families, and ensure that everyone feels valued and protected. This includes investing in affordable housing, safe transportation, food security, and community-based organizations that serve as trusted anchors in people’s lives. We must also address systemic inequities and barriers that undermine trust and opportunity, while promoting civic engagement and inclusive leadership.

Access to affordable, high-quality healthcare is essential to individual well-being and economic security. I support strengthening and expanding access to care, lowering prescription drug costs, protecting coverage for pre-existing conditions, and investing in preventive and community-based care. That includes addressing mental health, maternal health, and chronic disease management, and ensuring that care is accessible regardless of income, race, or geography.
